Intermediate Service Includes all of the Standard Service benefits, plus: - Free call-outs (labour only) resulting from faulty equipment.
Intermediate Service is subject to the following exclusions: Equipment damaged deliberately, by accident (including water damage), or by natural causes (e.g. Lightning / storms etc.), Faulty or damaged wiring, repair of printed circuit boards and, equipment damaged as a result of owner negligence are all excluded. Comprehensive ServiceIncludes all of the Intermediate Service benefits, plus: Replacement equipment covered includes:
manual call points, heat & smoke detectors, fire alarm sounders, xenon beacons, emergency lighting lamps and fluorescent tubes, nurse call extension pushes, ceiling pull cords. Equipment excluded from this plan includes; batteries, wiring, fire alarm and nurse call panels, emergency lighting units, nurse call units other than those listed above, power supply equipment and any damaged parts.
