WAGNER Smoke Detection Systems

The early detection of fire is crucial to lives and property. CDS have found that the WAGNER HSSD (Highly Sensitive Smoke Detection) system has a faster response and is more efficient than conventional point type systems.

Instead of waiting for the smoke to become apparent and be picked up by a ceiling sensor (by which time it can be too late), the air is regularly sampled via a pipe system and passed to an optical chamber for analysis. Because the air is being actively sampled, any smoke in the atmosphere is detected at a very early stage.

The WAGNER detection system is suitable for use in a wide variety of environments such as those with high temperatures, dirty or humid areas and where aesthetics are important, the WAGNER system is unobtrusive.

The system can be installed to suit particular applications and to eliminate false alarms
